Fed Up Truck was built by two people who have lived, breathed, and survived the food and beverage world for decades. Mike and Becky met back in 2004, long before this business had a name, and long before they realized just how far their shared hustle would take them. Between the two of them, they’ve done every job in the industry — from bartending and serving to running entire restaurants as General Managers. If it happens in food and bev, they’ve lived it.

By 2021, after years of grinding for other people, they hit a breaking point. The long hours, the burnout, the chaos, the constant pressure — they were fed up. And that moment of frustration became the spark. The name wrote itself, and the mission followed: build something of their own, do it their way, and create a business rooted in passion, community, and damn good food.

Fed Up Truck is more than a food truck. It’s the product of two people who know this industry inside and out, who care deeply about the people they serve, and who believe that great food should come with heart, humor, and a whole lot of authenticity.

This is the story of two restaurant lifers who finally decided to bet on themselves — and bring Charleston a food truck experience shaped by everything they’ve learned along the way.
